In collaboration with celebrity chef De Ankara, we embarked on an exciting project to bring an open-air restaurant to life. The concept was simple yet rooted in tradition: cooking food the way it’s been done for generations, with firewood and charcoal. We created an inviting atmosphere with good vibes, music, and, of course, exceptional food.
The centerpiece of our menu was a charcoal-fired oven for pizzas and a grill, both providing that distinct, smoky flavor you can’t replicate. Branding played a key role in the project, and we developed the tagline “flame-grilled chicken, no pan intended” to perfectly capture the spirit of the restaurant—authentic, rustic, and full of flavor.
02 — Creative process
Like any business, branding and marketing were fundamental to our venture. The playful name "Fowl Play" perfectly captured the essence of our chicken-based menu, emphasizing the versatility of our dishes while staying true to the traditional roots of our cooking. This branding helped us create a unique identity, showcasing how we could prepare chicken in countless ways while preserving its authentic flavor profile.
Our venue was carefully chosen for its serene and tranquil atmosphere, providing an ideal space for families and friends to relax and enjoy their time together. The natural setting complemented the down-to-earth feel of our restaurant, enhancing the overall dining experience.
Social media marketing became our primary strategy, allowing us to engage directly with our clientele. We ensured our followers were always informed and connected, keeping them updated on our operations and any new offerings.
The feedback we received was overwhelmingly positive, with customers praising not only the exceptional taste of the food but also the inviting atmosphere of the venue.
We managed to achieve a 32% increase in client visits, just one month after opening.
